    HorecaHub can communicate with guests in multiple languages based on the information you make available. HorecaHub works as a communication layer alongside systems such as Mews, Guestplan or Nostium and does not add independent reservation or POS management. This gives you more control over consistent multilingual communication.

    Where are HorecaHub servers hosted?

    HorecaHub hosts data within the EU or EEA. HorecaHub uses security measures such as AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher during transmission. Guest data is not used to train AI models.
